hourly chauffeur rates

  • unless otherwise quoted by TSHG LIMO management, our standard rate for “SUV” private chauffeur service is $110 Hourly - minimum two (2) hours - plus 20% gratuity.

  • TSHG LIMO reserves the right to change rates and/or discount codes at anytime without notice.

refunds, Cancellation and No-Show Policy

  1. TSHG LIMO is a proud small business endeavor with a strict policy of first come-first served client-scheduled confirmations.

    • Hourly, long distance and secure transportation bookings cancelled less than 48 hours of the scheduled pickup will be charged for 100% of the reservation.

    • however, If the time slot is subsequently booked by another client, the cancelled reservation will be fully refunded minus credit card transaction fees or * specialty ordered items.

    • Hourly, long distance and secure transportation bookings cancelled prior to 48 hours will be fully refunded minus any credit card transaction fees or *** specialty ordered items.

      • *** = food/beverage, blankets/pillows, child seats, parking or any type of prior reservation fees - ETC.

      • if you have a service dog, please inform us ASAP so that we can properly Accommodate your hero.

    • airport pick-up reservations are fully refundable up to 12 hours before the scheduled time.

      • airport pick-up reservations not cancelled at least 12 hours in advance will be charged a $100 cancellation fee.

    • any Negotiable offered all-inclusive flat-rate reservations are “non-refundable” and are to Be Paid In Advance as an estimated expense Retainer Prior to The Onset Of any Services.

  2. client-no-shows: for Seattle-Tacoma International (SEA) and Boeing Field Seattle-King County International Airport (BFI) we Offer A 30-Minute Grace Period For Domestic Flights And 60-minutes for International Flights Any client who does not show up for their TSHG LIMO scheduled pick up time will be considered a no-show.

    1. In such cases, they are charged the full rate associated with their reservation plus a $100 no-show administrative cancellation fee. this policy ensures our professional chauffeurs are compensated accordingly for their time lost and the once reserved Vehicle is to be topped off with premium fuel and ready for the next client.

  3. However, special exceptions will be made for verified flight delays, ensuring that our valued customers receive the best possible service during unforeseen circumstances.

    • Should your flight be delayed due to weather-related issues, technical problems, or other verifiable events, we will do our very best to accommodate you, minimizing any additional stress you might experience, while ensuring your seamless transportation upon your arrival.

      • Please note that additional fees may be applicable, at the discretion of TSHG LIMO management—let us know what your plans are, and we will do everything we can to make it happen for you.

  4. any amount of Refunds are subject to a 3.5% credit card processing fee, as the processing company does not refund their standard 3.5% charge that we incur on each transaction. This fee is necessary to cover the costs associated with processing the original payment.

Vehicle Policy

  • TSHG LIMO reserves the right to subcontract another professional affiliate service provider and/or substitute another make, model and/or color of Vehicle (including rented if necessary), when additional Vehicles and services are requested and all subject to availability.

  • TSHG LIMO is not liable in the unlikely event of a mechanical breakdown occurring while you are utilizing our transportation service. In such cases, we will only be responsible for making up any lost time at a mutually agreed future date, or alternatively, providing a refund as deemed appropriate in those specific situations.

  • The TSHG LIMO client assumes full financial liability for any and all damage(s) sustained to the TSHG LIMO vehicle and/or that of any TSHG LIMO affiliate/vendor/sub-contractor that is caused during the entire duration of the rental period by the client themselves or by any members of their party.

  • A professional Detail cleaning fee at a minimum of $1000 or more will be assessed for any excessive mess, including but not limited to, spilled beverages, bodily fluids, as well as damage or any mess caused by pets and other incidents. Additionally, the client agrees and acknowledges that smoking (anything - legal or not) or vaping is strictly prohibited in our (TSHG LIMO) vehicles at all times.

  • the chauffeur/driver reserves the right to terminate the transportation service without any refund, if there is a blatant indiscretion, disrespect of any TSHG LIMO chauffeur/driver and/or TSHG LIMO affiliate/vendor/sub-contractor and/or an Illegal activity exhibited at anytime on the part of a client in or out of the Vehicle. no exceptions.

Lost and Found

  • TSHG LIMO will not be held responsible for articles that are inadvertently left behind in our vehicles; however, we assure you that we will make every reasonable effort to reunite you with your lost item should you happen to leave it behind during your TSHG LIMO journey.

Seating Capacity

  • Per washington state law RCW 46.61.688 all passengers must properly wear seat-belts at all times while the Vehicle is in motion. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond their designated seating or luggage capacity.

  • Requesting a vehicle that does not adequately accommodate the number of passengers and/or luggage at the specified pickup location will unfortunately result in the cancellation of service and the charging of the full base rate to your account.

    • It is essential to ensure that all your (client) requirements are clearly communicated during your reservation to avoid any inconvenience.

Children's car seats

  • TSHG LIMO in general does not provide child car seats due to the varying preferences of our esteemed clients, as well as the wide range of sizes that children can be.

    • it is our (TSHG LIMO) policy, that if we do supply a child seat, the installation in any TSHG LIMO Vehicle be installed by you the Client/customer. washington state RCW 46.61.687 liability concerns surrounding this matter ensures the safest possible transportation for all of our passengers and their children.

Privacy Policy

  • Your personal information will only be used by TSHG LIMO or its contracted drivers solely for the purpose of efficiently rendering services or to collect payments for the various services that have been provided.

  • Additionally, your email address is utilized specifically for sending important confirmations, relevant information and updates regarding service enhancements that may improve your overall experience.

  • In accordance with RCW 46.72A and WAC 308-83, the steel horse group LLC - DBA: TSHG LIMO, is fully licensed and insured as a reputable Washington State limousine company, dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of quality.

  • We provide professional private chauffeur and/or driver services, utilizing unmetered and unmarked luxury SUVs, or when available; any other client-preferred vehicles. including - luxury sedans, sprinters, RV’s and coach tour buses. This ensures that we can provide the utmost in privacy, security and comfort for all of our valued clients.
